From sweltering heat and beaches to snowfalls and skiing, the range of climates varies greatly. When traveling north from December to March, temperatures can reach 30-40°C, while May to October is more moderate at around 20°C. The south experiences all four seasons, with summer at 30-40°C, followed by autumn, winter (16-24°C), and spring. Central Australia can be chilly at night, so preparation is key.     Australia has a well-structured banking system that provides 24-hour services through electronic and ATM facilities. To open a bank account, one needs to undergo a 100-point check system and provide identification, such as a passport or driver's license. The major banks in Australia include ANZ (Australia New Zealand), CBA (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), NAB (National Australia Bank), and Westpac, but other banking institutions are also accessible.

    09. Superannuation

    In Australia, superannuation is a mandatory contribution made by employers. The government's Superannuation Guarantee requires employers to pay an amount equal to 10.5% of an employee's wage into a superannuation fund of the employee's choice.
