We require all our nurses to complete certain mandatory courses as pre-employment requisite, and we cover the costs and make the necessary arrangements. To ensure this, all nursing staff must adhere to the Standards of Conduct set forth by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council, as well as those established by the state and territory nursing boards where they are employed.

Australia has a well-structured banking system that provides 24-hour services through electronic and ATM facilities. To open a bank account, one needs to undergo a 100-point check system and provide identification, such as a passport or driver's license. The major banks in Australia include ANZ (Australia New Zealand), CBA (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), NAB (National Australia Bank), and Westpac, but other banking institutions are also accessible.

In Australia, superannuation is a mandatory contribution made by employers. The government's Superannuation Guarantee requires employers to pay an amount equal to 10.5% of an employee's wage into a superannuation fund of the employee's choice. This money cannot be accessed by the employee until certain conditions are met, such as reaching a certain age or leaving the country permanently.

To comply with the Australian Government's regulations, it is mandatory for all employees to have a Tax File Number (TFN). Not having a TFN may lead to individuals being taxed at the highest tax rate. You can obtain a TFN application form by visiting the Australian Taxation Office website at www.ato.gov.au.

The Australian Government imposes taxes on all income earned. The amount of tax payable is determined by the earnings of the individual and is calculated using a progressive tax scale.
